Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board
Co-founder of Cybermarine, a qualified Naval Architect from IIT Madras with 35 years of rich experience in the field of Ship Newbuilding Design & Offshore Industry. He was instrumental in establishing brand Cybermarine in Singapore during 2002. Currently he is contributing in making Strategies in order to achieve a sustainable growth in the field of technological development & alternate energies.

Co-founder of Cybermarine, a qualified Naval Architect from IIT Madras with 35 years of rich experience in the field of engineering & design of Major Repair, Refit, Modification & Conversion, apart from newbuilding projects. Being a Visionary & Strategist, he is the person behind building “Team-Cybermarine”. Currently he is contributing as CEO & spearheading Business Development & Operations of Cybermarine Group, responsible for overall Organizational development and Growth.
Director of Engineering – Energy Division
Spearheading the Oil & Gas business in Cybermarine, Jaikrishnan is primarily responsible for bringing up Cybermarine as an emerging contributor in the field of Offshore & Upstream Oil & Gas. A qualified Naval Architect with 22 years of experience, under his guidance and leadership Cybermarine started developing its footstep in the Global FPSO market. Currently he is operating from Singapore and responsible for sustainable business growth in the field of Oil & Gas and Special Marine Vessels like Research, Survey & Arctic Vessels.
Director of Marine Design – South East Asia
A qualified Naval Architect from CUSAT with over 22 years of experience in the field of newbuilding design of Inland, Coastal & Oceangoing Vessels, Ranjith is solely responsible for acquiring business & execution of the same from South-East Asia & Pacific region. Under his guidance many of flagship projects has been successfully delivered by Cybermarine with utmost satisfaction of end customer.
Director – Global Operation & Head of UK. Division
PHD in Naval Architecture from Newcastle University (UK), with 19 years of experience in the field of Newbuilding, Refit, Conversion, Oil & Gas &Alternate / Renewable Energy, he is the person behind making a strong team of Naval Architect and Structural Engineers inside Cybermarine. His knowledge & approach to salvage real time problems in any mission critical projects proven as exemplary. Presently he is stationed at UK, spearheading the operation and looking after business initiatives from UK office.
Director & Head of Turkey Division
An engineering graduate with 18 years of rich experience in the field of Business Development, Client acquisition & project management. Mainak is been instrumental in successfully developing customer base in Turkey and other part of Europe. Also spearheaded the production engineering division in Cybermarine for 7 years. Currently stationed at Turkey and serving as Country Manager and overseeing operation in Europe & Russia.
Director of Operations – India Office
With an experience of 25 years of managing a team of designers & draftsmen, Sanjay has been instrumental in giving industrial training to fresher engineers & lateral designers / draftsmen and transformed them into a valuable resource of Cybermarine. He has a natural inclination to solve a problem by thinking “out of box”, currently he is responsible to oversee operation of Indian Business of Cybermarine.
Business Manager, Marine Projects – Asia
Qualified Naval Architect from IIT-KGP with 14 years of experience in the field of Jack-up Rig / Barges, newbuild and Modifications, also was instrumental to execute all retrofitting project since 2018 onwards. Currently he is managing all retrofitting & refit business accounts & projects from Asia & Far-East.
Principal Engineer – Mechanical Engineering – Marine Division
A qualified Mechanical Engineer with a post grad diploma in Electrical Engineering along with a rich experience of 14 years in the field of Marine Process Design & System engineering and integration, Kumar has an ability to provide realistic & optimum solutions in any critical Marine or Oil & gas newbuild or conversion / modification projects. A great team builder, prolific planner & value multiplier, currently stationed at Singapore & leading the process division at Cybermarine.
Principal Engineer – Structural Engineering – Energy Division
A qualified Naval Architect with 14 years of experience in the field of Oil & Gas and Offshore. He has evolved as one stop solution for complex Structural engineering problems pertaining to offshore projects, more specifically, MODU to MOPU conversions, FSRU newbuild, FPSO conversion and newbuild etc. He manages all our offshore customer’s and their typical requirements from Singapore office.
Principal Engineer – Mechanical Engineering – Energy Division
A qualified Mechanical Engineer with a rich experience of 14 years in the field of Utility & Process Design & System engineering and integration for projects related to Marine retrofits, Rig Conversions / newbuilds, FPSOs, FSRUs, FPUs etc. Vinod leads the System engineering discipline for Energy division. He is operating from Singapore and responsible for successful delivery and satisfaction of Customers of our Energy Division.
Head of Product Development (Cybermaster & other Engineering Software)
A qualified Software Engineer with 15 years of experience, Sheetal is associated with “Cybermaster” software development since its inception. Under Sheetal’s guidance & direction, Cybermaster went through a cycle of technological advancements, significant change in GUI and emerged as a multifunctional Management software over last two decades. She is responsible for development and upgradation of Cybermaster and other in-house software & applications.
Lead Naval Architect – Turkey Division
Young & Dynamic Naval Architect with 8 years of experience. At a very early age he has shown his ability to perform as solution architect for critical Ship design projects. He has handled several projects as lead Naval Architect in the subcontinent and currently stationed at Turkey and overseeing design projects and new business opportunities.
